2017 Upper Wind Festival is a Go!!
Quick update: There was some discussion that the 2017 Upper Wind Festival would not be happening this year with organizers not having the time to put it together. Luckily, Scott Michael has stepped in and is going to keep the tradition alive! Expect more updates shortly.
